Morning all... So we are remodeling our kitchen and have the majority of the applicances figured out. We also know we want a minimum of a 30" single sink, 33" preferrably. We have looked at Farmhouse sinks and Under-mount. Most likely we'll be going with a white Farmhouse or a SS under-mount, but looking for some advice or links as to what build material for Farmhouse, Clay? But then I heard they may pose a problem since they won't be an exact measurement. Also wanted to hear your thoughts on pros and cons of both, I know cost is a major factor, but functionality, is there any difference?

only thing i can see. is the farmhouse has easier accessibility and perhaps larger.

We went from a double bowl under lint to a single bowl giant farmhouse and we love the farmhouse. Blanco makes a nice one at a decent cost.
