Need help with the plumbing aspect. Stack is in the wall 12 feet away. What should I do here for this plumbing mess. This was fabricated from the previous owner as you can see.....

I'm in NE so I chose not to run the supply lines in an exterior wall for fear of freezing. There is a bowl trap in the basement as seen in the pic.

Just not sure where to go with this???

What are you trying to accomplish? Are you going to have a sink where the existing rough-ins are?

If the stack is 12' away, you need a vent closer to the sink..

Also, I'd lose that drum trap (bowl trap) in favor of a P. Just my preference though.

Hi Scottr,
Not sure what I'm trying to accomplish:laughing: Was thinking new supply lines at the correct spacing/height. Also thinking about a Ptrap. Those bowls collect some serious chit:furious: and slow the drainage. What about those quick vents or AAV's ??? or what ever they are called.

Not sure of rough in heights, spacing ect... basically a whole new set of cabinets will fill this space shortly so looking for the best scenario to accomplish adequate kitchen plumbing without a major overhall.....
