Hi there I have kitchen faucet that is leaking this is a single handle faucet the on off is seperat from the spout. When I turn on the water and move the spout from left to right or right to left it is leaking where the joint is I am attaching 2 pics when i unscrew the top there is a brass screw that looks like a allen wrench screw any help would be great thanks

Take out that screw and pull the rest of the thing off. There is most likely an o-ring in there that needs to be replaced.

No idea. I've got a couple sets each of metric and SAE. Just keep poking one in til it fits.
