My single handle kitchen faucet came loose from the sink. When I looked under the sink I saw the two screws were very rusted. When I unscrewed them, the screws were not attached to the faucet, or anthing for that matter. How do I secure the faucet to the sink?

Without a picture or at least a make not sure anyone can do anything but guess on wht to do.

It is a delta single handle faucet. It had a rubber gasket under neath of it. The hoses are attached to the faucet head in the middle. Not sure how to answer......

If so there studs not screws.
Are the studs rusted off and still stuck in the holes?

I had to replace a whole bathroom vanity because someone glued the faucet, sink and vanity together. It was an act of vandalism because there was no reason for it. It was new home construction so it was probably quicker to glue every thing together. Anyway the faucet never moved after they glued them.
