Has anyone used kitchen cabinets that are 24" deep as bathroom vanity which are normally 21" or 22"?
Should I cut them, or 24" is not making a huge difference after all ????

I see no problem as long as you have the space. Probably will take a custom top.

Related but not the same, I have 12" deep kitchen wall cabinets in my bathroom

I was thinking about using the Ikea Sektion kitchen cabinets that comes in 24" and also 15"
With the 15" deep cabinet, I could install then 7" from the wall, then get my 22" deep and also 7" of "free" space behind for waste line and water pipes.....
Something to consider.....

why not use a sink base cabinet and have all the storage available and room for the sink and the plumbing
