Not so much a rebuild, but I need to fix it. It's a 10 year old softener r-60 I believe. It leaks around the base of the head and doesn't siphon like out should. I want to take it apart, clean it, and add new gaskets, even if it's just rtv. Does anyone have experience, advise, or a diagram?

Kinetico parts are available only from authorized dealers. Most dealers won't sell parts to individuals--only provide them as a part of a service call.

Because Kinetico is proprietary there are no secondary market parts and Kinetico doesn't make parts lists or maintenance manuals generally available to consumers--only authorized dealers.

That's what i've read. I was really hoping someone had access to it though. Thanks

Any way of getting a photo of the part and where it goes?

I do have a box of Kinecito parts, and an older book, might be able to figure out what part and if it is in the box.
Oh boy! I really hope you have this. It's a small, blue, plastic gear inside level 1. Has 28 teeth I think? Mine is broken. Plus i'm in need of one of those tiny E clips that hold those gears on. I have one missing. I got your pm, and will send an email today. Thank You!

Not a problem, been looking for a way of finding homes for the parts that I ended up with..
I know that I have some blue wheels with numbers on them, 1,2,3 .
Not sure about the E clips, going to need to see that to see if there is one in there.

Thanks Akpsdvan for looking.

Unfortunately he didn't have the piece so i'm still trying to find this without an outrageous service charge from the dealer. So here is a photo of the gear that is broken if anyone can help me out. Plus i'm missing one of the small E-clips (i'm guessing that's the culprit for the broken gear).

I am looking for a #5 blue wheel! Do you have any of those? If so I would like to buy one from you!
