Hi All


When building a shower using Kerdi board is vapour barrier still required on outside walls prior to installing the KB or will this trap the moisture? My thinking is that KB is essentially it's own vapour barrier.

No need for an additional vapor barrier with Kerdi walls. Just follow all their directions. Go to their site and you can download any of their installation manuals, and also they have good videos on installing all their various products. Their methods are foolproof if you follow their directions.
