kenmore fridge not cooling as before

Not cooling like before. Defrost thermostat OK, heating element reads 34 ohms and is warm to the touch, timer advances and activates heater.

Cooling fan running?
Dirty coils?
Checked the door seal with a dollar bill yet?

Type of fridge, age? Stand in front of it barefoot....does it warm your feet?
