Hello
Yesterday, our fridge randomly began to beep now and then, and the display temperatures and Express Freeze light come on and off. We did not have a power outage at any point in the day, and this morning I turned that breaker off for 30 seconds or so.
After turning on the breaker, the beeping occurred 3 times and hasn't happened since. I just opened the left door, and:
1) Both Lock and filter lights blinked
2) Both temeparatures showed 88, and then returned to their low number.

Should i leave the breaker off a longer time?
What may have gone bad?
Thank you

Try unplugging the fridge for awhile, like 10 minutes, then plug it back in, see if that helps.

How old is it? If older than 8 years, maybe the main board is going bad.
Thanks @jmon
It came with the house when we bought it in 2011, and I think it's from 2005.

Where can I find that board, and is it easy to get to and replace?
I didn't find the part number or part in rwpairclinic.com

You've identified Repair Clinic, and their website didn't show anything, just happens sometimes, so I would call them. Hasn't happened often, but I've had a couple of times when something didn't show up there and was still able to get what I needed by phone. Depending on what they can do for you though, and what the price turns out to be if you could get it, I'd be thinking ahead to the possibility of a new 'fridge. A board doesn't necessarily sound inexpensive, plus, I have heard anyway, that appliance manufacturer's are not required to avail parts for more than 7 years. Don't know if that's true or not, but is what I have heard. On the other hand, I think jmon's advice to unplug it for a while was excellent, basically reset it, but maybe RC can give you some other suggestions to try.

If you find you need to replace a circuit board, it pays to check around. The defrost timer board for mine was $360-$430 on the appliance repair sites, but less than $20 on Amazon and Ebay.
Thank you hotrod and all. I ordered a board from ebay. Is it possible, however, that the small circuit board that's behind the water dispenser is damaged? Is there a way to test that? I guess if it keeps beeping after I've replaced the main board, I'll know that I'll need to replace it as well.

@jmon and others
This refrigerator is either angry or haunted.
I replaced the main circuit board, and the random beeping continued specially at 3am. After seeing a 22 22 code on the front panel and investigating, I replaced the condenser start relay; the refrigerator felt warm, and the ice cubes were moist. Now, the fridge is nice and cold, but the front panel randomly beeps here and there. I reset the breaker and it clears, but the beeping eventually returns.
Before going to bed, I'll usually disconnect the front panel so as to not hear the beeping, but I'm always afraid of messing up the temperature.

What else can I try, before calling the repairman?
