Made my pizza dough recipe...after it doubled in size in a big oiled bowl,
I spread it out on a flat cookie sheet and put both chopped and
chunk pecorino romano cheese...also some chopped swiss cheese and
chopped kalamata olives...rolled it jelly roll style ...gently stretched it out long
then folded it over. Drizzled it with a little olive oil ...then applied some
everything but the bagel mix on top...Let it rise again until it doubled in size

350* for 30 minutes.

Starting over, I just cooked and got better and better over time.
Yes, all my kids are great cooks.

Ribs: I made a dry rub with brown sugar, paprika, and spices.
Coated the ribs and let them sit awhile on the ribs.
In a cast iron pan I drizzled a *slight bit* of olive oil. Fried the ribs
on medium turning frequently until *lightly browned.* ( do not burn)

Then I made a wet marinade with:
1 Tab BBQ sauce
1 Tab honey
1 Tab duck sauce ( sweet & sour sauce)
1 Tab soy sauce
1 Teaspoon sesame oil

I then *lightly* brushed the marinade on the ribs and then
placed them on a rack. ( foiled the cookie sheet first)
Cover with foil and place in the middle of 325* oven
bake for about 20 minutes, uncover and bake for another
10 to 15 minutes.
Served them with a side of duck sauce.
