 Hi. I'm just here to get help with certain repairs I'm in the middle of. I've learned a lot by watching others and reading about how to repair stuff that need fixing. I actually enjoy a lot of the projects. I hate... Plumbing :furious: and I'm getting more confident with electrical, but because I can't see it, I'm still wary of working on certain things  <----- i don't want to look like that getting zapped, so yeah.. Electrical still makes me nervous. Oh yeah, almost forgot. I don't do roofs because heights bother me and Yes, I will fall off or through the thing.

when a dryer takes a very long time to dry the clothing, it means the duct is dirty or needs cleaning right? I believe so.

This is very bad,but i'll tell it anyway. My gram has a washer and dryer in the 2nd apartment above hers. The put that unit in, maybe the 70's early 80's and since those machines have been there. the ducts have never been cleaned. The house now belongs to my aunt and I told her about the hazard it can be. But, how dense do you think the dust is in there? whoever decides to attack that duct is going to get buried in dust and dirt...Ewwwwwww
