Hello all,
We have two jalousie doors at our house which are fairly dated. We recently ordered new glass slats to fill the door, as some had fallen out and broken over time. The problem we found was that many of the pressure "clips" that hold the glass in place had gone missing or rusted away. These clips seem impossible to find, and any help in finding a way to obtain more of them would be appreciated.

Searched for "glass clips for jalousie windows" and went to images. But nothing like those clips. If nothing turns up, you may have to make your own. Also use adhesive tapes or such. Automotive has plastic trim adhesive tapes that are narrow and thin. Maybe that could be used in combo with home made spring clips or such. Even aluminum sheetmetal, given a gentle curve, could have enough spring in it to be used. Window screen parts could have thin metal spring clips as well.
