I'm purchasing a home with 2 building violations and am high on good feelings but cash strapped. I know I've my work cut out for me, but with God on my side, What can go wrong? Right?
I have a bunch of butterflies in my chest but my questions will be later, for now, I'll just browse and familiar myself.
