Italian Night, with Rigatoni, small meatballs
and ricotta on the side…it was yummy.

I made a quick pot of sauce, with walnut
size meatballs…I made the meatballs with about 1 lb
of ground beef, ( made 15 meatballs)
2 cans of plum tomatoes.
I have lots of sauce and 8 meatballs left over…
Enough for another meal and enough sauce for a pizza.👍🥰

If I could get my arm through this monitor, and out your end, I would be holding out a gorilla paw, with cash in it, for the leftovers.

Then return the empty dish, after cleaning it up.

Gotta try out that meatball recipe, on my pizza mix.

My last attempt at meatballs failed terribly ended up feeding them to the crows. But your pictures are motivating me again so hopefully I will do better.

Left arm in a sling, carpal tunnel surgery plus Ulnar nerve at elbow. Slows me down, but those meatballs would be a nice snack.
Thanks
Bud

The meatballs were walnut size…3 walnuts are the size of one regular meatball.
The pic made the one in front look bigger. 😄

I like leftover sauce the best. Sometimes we crock pot the sauce with meatballs and sausages, refrigerate it then cook it again another day before eating it. It is always better the second time around. Looks good.

Almost is stromboli.
I tried making a "Neapolitan" style chewy crisp pizza crust last night. I didn't go by the numbers and not sure I've got the patience to do so. Used King Arthur "00" pizza flour and their recipe. 12 oz water to 2 cups of flour????? That's what they said. I didn't give it the overnight rise. No pics, not pic worthy.
