So I am looking into my sub floor for the basement revamp I am doing... I want to lay down a nice sub floor... I already have the floor foam board insulated and I am looking at even going a step farther and using Dricore 2x2 sub floor... please have a look http://www.lowes.com/pd_173869-21607-0001_0__?productId=1043515&Ntt=dricore+2+x+2&pl=1¤tURL=%2Fpl__0__s%3FNtt%3Ddricore%2B2%2Bx%2B2&facetInfo=

Should I go this route or just go the typical plywood route... I live in PA so it does get humid here... and I am not using a vapior barrier... but I want to take any step now to protect my basement investment.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks
Matt

Dri-Cor would be the way to go just very expencive.
You can not directly attach plywood to a slab floor, it will rot and form mold under it.
Why no vaper barrier?

all the research I have done that goes both ways... and the product I showed above would not require that... also my vapor barrier is the foam I put on the floor... so technically I have one... just not a heavy sheet of plastic... and this does not answer what this post is about.
