I will have to cut out the 2" elbow. I dont think it will twist that far.

Definitely cut it out and redo it, bring it to 1/4" grade sloping down. I bet that pipe going into the tee y isnt fully in the fitting and will eventually fail.

If you cut out the elbow your pipes will too short for a new elbow. Cut the pipe between the elbows and use a coupler. You can twist it any angle as you glue it back together.
