Peeled back my cracking ceiling
Is this mold?

No, not that I know of. I just moved in a couple months ago. The ceiling started to crack. I do have 3 wet spots though out the apartment though. That appears to be mold to me as well.
Probably not a huge deal if they are in close proximity to an area that got wet before as long as it is contained.

Its right above the shower. We just moved in 3 months ago but we always leave the door open when we shower.

It does look like mold, as mentioned before if its just a small area its ok, just keep an eye on it. If possible spray it lightly with a strong bleach solution to neutralize it.

Yes it's mold. You can see the ceiling has been patched before. My guess is they had a leak, fixed it, then repaired the ceiling without replacing the Sheetrock.
