I have a Goodman GMH80453ANAB furnace.

Was told by NorthamericanHVAC via email that the 'PCBBF109S' is my replacement board. Which I have no problem with and almost purchased, but then I thought I'd look around a little since their website is closed today for observance of a religious holiday.

I discovered that the PCBBF109S has a potential OEM upgrade. (Forgive me if I am not using the proper sentence structure along with HVAC terminology).

I found this board on Amazon for a lot cheaper with prime shipping.

I also found this board for the same price.

So zooming in tells me these are basically the same board according to model number. The PCBBF132.

I can see right in the description that it is a replacement for the PCBBF109 and this is where my question comes in.

Is the PCBBF109 considered the same as the PCBBF109S? I just want to be 100% sure I'm ordering the right thing.

Thanks to anyone who can sort through what I wrote and possibly provide me some guidance.

Pretty obscure question that no has an answer for.

Sounds too cheap to me. May be a Chineez knockoff for that price and I would avoid it. Buy the proper original OEM one.

Yeah we are running into all kinds of Chineez knockoffs which are not so good to be polite.

Make sure the mountring screws that hold the bracket that the board attaches to which attaches to the fan are TIGHT. If loose it loses grounding and can damage the board. Have to put bigger ones in or add 2 if they get loose and stripped.

Interesting... My board actually works most of the time but when it cuts off I just bump the side of the furnace a bit and it turns back on.

I'm curious if it just isn't losing ground or not tight enough. I will go have a look.
