Many pictures are made sideways when they are first posted.

Occasionally a moderator turns them for the poster.

Are your hinges failing, loose or wore badly?

There is usually an adjustment screw on many steel doors.

It is hard to tell from the pictures though what you have.

As Ed says, most exterior double doors have adjustment on the hinges. It would be helpful to have a pic that includes both doors. Check to see if you have adjustable hinges and tightness of hinge screws. From the limited pics, it appears that you need to adjust the top hinge on the left door, and the bottom hinge on the right door. (orientation standing inside the home facing the doors.) If the hinges are not adjustable and the screws are tight, some shimming may correct the problem

I'm almost positive that the doors are metal. The doors have done this pretty much since the house was built (14 years), but worsens with weather of course.

I've attached some more pictures, but the sun may make them hard to see.

If the hinges aren't adjustable, you can bend the hing flanges or tabs in or out to adjust the doors. It sounds shady but it does work, I have done it many many times.
