If I'm framing up against a walk out basement CMU wall that is above grade (the walk out side) and I have a 2x6 against the wall is it required to be pressure treated?

reading the code I don't believe so as it calls out every condition but the one I described as requiring it, but as it doesn't call it out specifically I'm left unclear. I know the base of the framing will have to be pressure treated.

Best practice, space it out from the wall.

If I space it out I'm violating fire blocking code, so I'm guessing I can just use pressure treated and call it a day, right?
