so i'm trying to wire up a new electrical outlet for a tv. busted up the walls and drilled holes through the studs. then i knocked out a corner of the jbox. i wired the new romex to sides. the white to the silver screw, the black to the brass screw, and the ground attached by a cap. i believe the romex is fine going through the insulation right? i'm getting 120v. anyone see anything i should be aware of?

Your photo doesn't show it. Could be a big no-no.

The outer sheathing of your new romex is extending too far into the box.

It is good practice to seat all screws, even if they are un-used (lower silver screw)

Ok I'll fix the sheath. The screws were like that when I opened it. I'll seat them. Thanks.
