Glad I happened on to this site. I've already gotten an answer to a question I couldn't find anywhere else!

I'm an architect, but most of my work is commercial and institutional and not so relevant here.

I'll be on the forum more for information related to my personal project of gut renovating an old cabin in the lower Catskills in NY State.
