Intro
Hi folks!
Name's Steve, a new homeowner anxious to start some necessary projects around the house. I'm a physicist by trade, with some engineering experience, but mostly working with small electronics/computers/motors/radiation/etc. rather than home improvement-type projects. I tend to ask a lot of questions when I'm learning, so you'll quickly see just how ignorant I am about many things DIY. Thankfully my wife is also a wanna-be DIYer, so it's easy for me to get what I need and get things done as long as I prove I/we have a good understanding on how to do it.
Looking forward to learning a lot here!
