I came across this article a few minutes ago and thought it would be relevant to repost here:

Seems a few states are getting drywall shipments with incredibly amounts of sulfur in them, causing them to smell and even cause greated problems like damaging pipes and wiring.

This is an older problem that more recently has come to light. A couple years ago there was a bigtime shortage of drywall and some suppliers began importing it to supplement the demand. To my knowledge, all name brand drywall is made domestically.
