I would like to insulate my basement. Blanket insulation seems the most affordable. Do i have to put anything on the walls before? I would stud acter the blanket is up...stapled to the rim joist plate and anchored with a hilti gun. Fyi.... we are thinking of selling our home otherwise i would spray foam. Please comment....
