I have my garage setup as my office space, it's detached from the house and has it's own heating system, very nice. The issue is with Ontario winters the concrete floor transmits the cold from out side and into my feet.

I am thinking about laying down 1/2 foam board, osb t&g on top and doing a vinyl floor (the hard rubber type stuff). Anyone have a few comments on how much this may help. I can't get any thicker then 1/2 foam board and I can't lay down 2x4 to lift it off the floor as I have to park my motorcycle in here as well.

I had consider barricade or dricore as I had done in my basement but it's just too costly to do in the garage.

Thanks in advance.
