In the instruction booklet it says to set the sink in a line of silicone on the vanity frame. Is this how it's done?
It's a porcelain sink that is set on the wooden vanity frame. First time doing this and not sure if the silicone will hold the sink in place. Help!!!

What kind of sink is it? Is it a one piece sink/countertop?

Yes, but not a solid bead of silicone, just dabs at the corners and maybe in the middle. Ohterwise it will make it very difficult to remove in the future.
