you have got to tell me what a pot filler is.

and, are you an electrician?
A pot filler is a water supply faucet that is installed on top of the stove to eliminate carrying any heavy stock pots across the kitchen.

I think he's talking about a spigot over the range.. Like the chinese restaurant uses to fill the wok. You won't be able to make it look right without tearing out the wall behind the range. Unless, you want to run exposed lines up the wall behind the range.. Really hard to know how much trouble it would be without seeing it
It all depends on what access you have to the walls, you may want to consider a deck mounted version.

Then again...it depends on your dry-wall skills...you could always whack out it out, replace and repair. Not a big deal if it's behind the stove. Do you have a backsplash in the area you want to install it?

You still have to carry the pots back to the sink to drain, but these are handy to add water while cooking. The piping is in the wall behind the faucet and you will need access from the back of this wall in order to make a secure connection to the ell going through the wall to support this faucet. The nipple sticking out the finished wall (3/4") should be centered on the stove and 16" high.
