Hi group, hope someone can help, I have a new set of cabinets and microwave, unfortunately the cabinets and wall are a bit uneven. The microwave would need to to tilt up 1/4" to be level and be 1/4" away from the wall at the bottom where the bracket goes.

Does anyone know if the bracket has this much play or will I need to shim the bracket away from the wall.

The bracket does move the microwave out slightly. Go ahead mount it and give it a try. If it doesn't work out I would shim it from behind
