I am replacing the flooring in my home office with Trafficmaster Allure Tiles. I've removed the old carpet, pad, tack strips, staples and tacks from the plywood subfloor. The surface of the plywood is dented, rough, and uneven. Also, some of the edges of the 4x8 sheets were "raised" (or bowed) about 1/8" to 1/4" higher. I've sanded the raised edges flat, so they are no longer an issue. The problem is the size of the room (14' x 14'), and the amount of sanding to be done (all of it)! I was wondering if could use a floor leveling product to smooth the surface of this floor? If so, can someone recommend a product that will work with Allure? Please Advise!! I began this project with a 3 day timeline in mind. HA HA HA ….HAHA. Oh my god! That was three weeks ago. :confused1:

Picture would be nice once you get enough post.
If the whole subfloor is higher on the outside edges that would have me wondering why and would go under the house to have a look at what's going on.
What are you using to check how flat it is?
Used the search funtion yet on this website using key word Allure?
There's a couple thousand post on that type flooring.
I used it once, never again.
