8 apples, peeled and cored *
1/2-1 cup water
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (Optional)
* I use one of these type apple corers - https://www.amazon.com/New-Star-Foo...3?keywords=apple+corer&qid=1581121701&sr=8-13 makes quick work of the apple prep since you just cut-n-core them with that then slice off the peels.
Put the apple slices into the instapt and add water. The more water you use the "looser" the sauce. I did 1/2 cup and my son said it was almost perfect for him.
Pressure cook 4 minutes and let it naturally release for 5 minutes before doing quick release and getting the apples out.
Whisk the sugar and cinnamon into the apples and that's it for an easy snack.
* I thought about using a blender or immersion blender for this, but you don't want it to be apple soup, so I think fork whisking is probably the best choice.
