Ok. Trolled the forum looking for answers. Didn't see this question anywhere. Just replaced whole vanity and sink in my home. The house had been sitting vacant for 5 months due to a fire. My wife and I remodeled the bathrooms while contractors worked on the rest of the house. So I have new supply lines, new valves, new faucet and new drain. Getting really low flow out of my bathroom sink. The problem isn't anywhere else in the house so after surfing this forum for about an hour, I'm pretty sure it's the aerator clogged with sediment due to the pipes sitting for awhile. I have an aquasource faucet with an inset screen and I can't seem to get the aerator out. I don't want to damage anything. But idk how else to get it out. I've removed regular aerators in the past. No clue how to get this guy outta there.

I've only seen ones that unscrew. Beyond that, perhaps someone else can help.

Can you see a slot in it? I've had ones that fit inside the faucet and had a slot where you could fit a wide flat blade screwdriver or a coin to unscrew them.

Some aerators use a 'key' that slips into the opening where the water comes out.

A pair of needle nosed pliers can be used like a spanner wrench if you lost the key.

stick the needle nose up to the hole and pull them open until the tips drop into a slot--then turn.

Alrighty. Thanks so much for your replies everyone. I was able to get it with a combination of the two replies. Basically just used a flathead and was able to work it out. There was a ton of sediment and junk in there. Got it all cleaned out and it's running great now. Thank you all for you help.
