I have a upflow Amanda gas heater,whwen I turn on the stat the in inducer turns on tou can hear a couple of faint clicks and a faint smell of gas. but nothing other than the inducer just keeps running? any ideas?

check the silicone ignitor, might be cracked or broke

how old is the unit ?? Check all roll out switches (if you have them ). There is a small re set button in the middle.. If it's opening the gv & allowing gas to the burners...it's probably bad ignitor
