In a room with painted wainscot what color do you paint doors

I am redoing a bathroom in a country look. I will have white wallpaper with a rose print above wainscot painted a light country green. I know molding should match wainscot, but what about doors? Or am I wrong & the top piece on the wainscot along with the door/window trim could be a color & the doors & wainscot white?

And as long as I'm getting advice - I am putting a clawfoot tub in this room - any ideas on what color & how to paint the outside of it?
