Good Morning,
1970 one story ranch. If on a segmented budget, in which order would you recommend doing these improvements so as to not affect each next step. Don't want to have to partially disassemble [undo] anything from the previous step:

New roof
Vinyl facia and soffits
Gutters and downspouts
Vinyl siding
New windows

Many thanks,
Mike

Not enough info for me to call.

Obviously if you have any leak issues that should be dealt with first.

I’d normally say roof first but if the roof has a few more years left in it and you have rotten siding and leaking windows then maybe the roof should wait.

If you have do them separately then what’s if the worst shape? What’s most likely going to cause damage to the frame or interior of your house?

Thanks so much for the replies. We've had a long power outage so just getting back to you.

Well, the roof is definitely the trouble spot so I guess that would be first. The other items are just old and original but are all still sound.

Thank you,
Mike
