Ice depenser won't crush ice.

I have a Kenmore refrigator side by side. The ice dispenser stopped dropping ice last night. I purchased a drive blade and installed it. Now I have cubed ice thru the door but no crushed ice. Could someone tell me how I should have assembled the blade.:furious: The tray were the ice cubes drop is designed for crushed ice as well. I have several blades to crush the ice, but I need a diagram on how the blades are suppose to position.
