I have noticed the pump has been short cycling lately. I relieved the pressure of the water in the tank and checked the air pressure (0 psi).
I gave it a very small shot of air with my airtank and then checked the pressure and water came out. I think the bladder is ripped inside. What do you think? It is a well trol 120 I believe.

You shouldn't get water from the valve stem. I'd replace it

If you got water out the air valve the bladder is shot, time for a new tank. When you install a new one check the pressure first and add or remove air until pressure is 2 lbs less than pump turn on pressure.

Yeah water came out. Looks like its off to the supply house for a new one.
