Hi Yall,

I am thinking of redoing my old broken up concrete that leads up to my garage.

My garage is in the back of the house so i think i can use that area for a patio too. Any suggestions?

The Projects....

Hi Yall,

Hi Mr. Martinez,

Sounds like a pretty good idea. Is the project underway since your inquiry? If so, are you doing it yourself or have you hired people?

If not, do you plan on doing it all yourself or are you hiring people?

If you're doing the work yourself, have you an idea of how much this is going to cost? This of course, is with consideration to your time and energy output and availability, as well.

What's it going to take to demo the slab and to cart away all the broken concrete and other resulting debris?

So my first suggestion is that it just may be a good idea to really sit down and do some serious math (if you haven't) to see if whether or not you can really afford to do what you've got in mind, at this time.

Another suggestion is that you really consider (if you haven't) if whether or not it'll be best to split these projects between you and hired hands.......Or just to out rightly delegate it to independent contractors.
