Tried the traction control button, can push it multiple times, and the light doesn't even blink.

I always turn it off anytime it might engage, because it's doing the same thing I am (reducing the power to the wheels), and it screws me up.

Oh, and yes, I already tried "blocking up the whole vehicle", and running it and as you said, it didn't work.

Here's the procedure. You just need to figure out the pins.

Probably what @toolturnr_1281 describes.

But one other possibility is that the front and rear tires are different sizes and you are supposed to rotate tires side to side, not front to back. Owner's manual would show tire rotation instructions.
