I can't find the fuse on my 1994 Trane XE 80. I am almost positive it is a fuse blown because two bare wires (i think themostat wires) touched together when i was cleaning the A/C. I took off the bottom cover of the furnace and can't find it anywhere. does anyone know if there wouldn't be one for some reason, or if it is a different looking kind of fuse?

It would be a 3A or 5A fuse most likely on the control board..... It may not have one, which if this is the case then you probably blew the transformer.
