I'm not sure I'm on the right forum. but here go's. on a cscr motor, why does the schematic show the capacitors down flow of the motor windings? If L1 is 120vac and enters the "C" terminal, that leaves no place for the cap discharge to go except for the neutral. or the motor wont start, with out causing a cycle chatter in the contactors?
