Hello

I have American Standard Allegiance 10. The unit is outside of my house and blower is in attic. The unit is not working. Fan on top of the unit is not turning, and there is icing in tubes coming from the unit. i think blower in attic is not working properly. Can you pleas ehlp? How can I fix it? Thanks

Try changing the capacitor first, let us know what happens.

Any experience working with electricity and/or a meter? Verify whether or not the attic blower fan spins or not?
