The apartment that I'm currently in has central air / heat. The past few days the fan will not stay on. They replaced the thermostat and it seemed to work for a day or so but even if I set the fan to "ON" it will only blow for 5 - 30 seconds then stop for a minute or two and repeat. It does the same thing if it's set to cool or heat or they are both off. It also does the same thing if the fan is set to "auto" but only when it is at the needed temperature.
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
