I have a Hunter Douglas Top Down Bottom Up DUETTE Honeycomb trying to get them fixed as one of the loop string is broken.
also the top down shade is not
There are some videos in youtube but seemed to be too old and not my model at all.
anyone here have any experience with these shades?
