So I am trying to draw this out on sketch up using some trusses from menards for the first part but how do I figure hoe to stick frame the rear part

PS. pull a string line across the tops of the small trusses, etc. --- cut an access/ventilation hole at the peak between supporting trusses through the sheathing.

Do my size of lumber seem correct
6x6 post on the outside
2 9 1/2 lvl beams on each side
1 9 1/2 lvl beam on the front

this is going to be 20ft wide 12 foot deep

Hard to say, what do the plans show? Need a permit for this structural change/addition with the two point loads carrying 1/2 the new roof load on the house walls...

I don't have any plans for this I just drew it up in sketch up.

Yes I do have to pull a permit for it but the planing and zoning office is no help, all they are worried about is the footer and for me to use hurricane clips to tie it in to the house.

When I asked about size for lumber they said he had no clue and was not going to guess. He said from there office they only check those 2 things.
