I'm very much confused at what you want to know? Did you remove the thermostat wires? Are those the wires you're talking about? Your pictures aren't helpful at all.

Not the thermostat wires I'm going to send better picture ok the spots were wires plug up I need to know what wire goes where red to ? White to ? and so on please I have it wired up but I don't think it is right because the
furnace is working but the outside unit is not coming on .

The issue you described is a possible low voltage issue.
Is the condenser getting a call to run? Test with your meter.
Why did you remove the entire control board? Why is there a large burn mark on the board?

Lightning strike my house and burned the board up put a new one on it but picture I took why it was in there did not turn out good know I'm stuck I don't know if I have it wired up right

You’ll have to follow the wiring schematic and double check each wire.
With the limited information we can’t tell you exactly where each individual wire goes.
It sounds like you need to do some diagnosing with your meter to see why the condensers not running.
