I added lights above our tub and i want to put a dimmer on the circuit. There are already 2 switches that feed of same wire. can i wire a dimmer into this box and make it a 3 gang box? this is what the wires look like currently. I have a idea on how to wire it just wanted to check and see if im right. thanks in advance guys!

I think your drawing is wrong.
The way it is drawn, the light switch will turn on the fan and the outlet. The fan switch will turn on the light only if the light switch is on.

If you reverse the labels on the top cable between the fan and the feed everything will sort of work properly. The receptacle will be always on and the fan switch will control the light and the light switch will control the fan.

Yes you can add a dimmer to control the new lights.
