I'm remodeling my laundry room, and the existing plumbing situation in there is...bad.
I need to replace the washer hookups, and add proper hookups for a wash sink. I'd like to set it up like this
But the space is too tight to get the existing T off. I've considered starting over and replacing all my plumbing with pex, but I've got a very short crawl space with the plumbing buried behind insulation...a project for another time.
I could maybe leave the old T in place, and cap off the existing faucet spot - I'd like to place a T a few inches higher to clear the drain pipe.
Thoughts and advice?
Thank you!
