Call your HVAC company?

You'll have to give more info if you want a decent answer. Gas, electric, propane? Has it run before? Etc, etc.

At least give us a clue as to what you tried or did when you turned it on. Does it make any noises at all? Are the power switches all on? (service switch near the unit, main breaker/fuse) Model number of unit?
