I made a mistake and ordered a peninisula cabinet with doors that are operable on both sides; cabinet is 48" long/24 wide and is divided through the center lengthwise so you access each side of cabinet through doors on both sides so I have to be able to open both sets of doors; problem is that the cabinets are laminate, not solid wood; I can't use the typical shelf type brackets because they would be on the doors themselves; wanted the bar top raised over counter top for bar stools...so, can't figure out how to secure the 16" x 48" section of bar top; am told that it has to support a lot of weight...and angle piece would need to be 12" long, have any ideas on how I might make it work? have ordered the top custom and hate to waste it and start over. Thanks,Peggy
